Die Lloyds Fonds AG ist seit 2005 an der Börse und wirbt damit, in der Vergangenheit bei aufgelegten geschlossenen Fonds wie Schiffsfonds und Flugzeugfonds meist deutlich über den Planungen liegende Renditen erwirtschaftet zu haben. Allerdings ging auch an den Lloyd Schiffsfonds die Krise der Schifffahrt nicht spurlos vorbei.

Schiffsfonds galten lange Zeit als sichere Kapitalanlage. Doch seit der schweren und immer noch anhaltenden Krise der Schifffahrt zeigt sich, dass viele Schiffsfonds in finanzielle Schieflage geraten sind. Anleger von Schiffsfonds, die angesichts der schwierigen Situation um ihr eingesetztes Kapital fürchten, müssen aber nicht tatenlos zuschauen, sondern sollten sich an einen versierten Anwalt für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht wenden, der ihre Ansprüche auf Schadensersatz überprüfen kann.
„Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass die Anlageberatung in vielen Fällen fehlerhaft war. Bei einer ordnungsgemäßen Beratung müssen die Anleger auf alle wirtschaftlichen Risiken der Kapitalanlage bis hin zum Totalverlust hingewiesen werden. Ist dies nicht geschehen, spricht man von Falschberatung, die den Anspruch auf Schadensersatz begründet. Außerdem müssen die Anleger auch über die Rückvergütungen die die Bankberater für die Vermittlung der Anlage erhalten, aufgeklärt werden“, erklärt Jens Reime, Fachanwalt für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht. Ob ein Anspruch auf Schadensersatz besteht, muss im Einzelfall geprüft werden.
